Blitz-Riesling

Blitz Riesling ("Lightning" Riesling) is an easy drinking German Riesling wine that is cultivated on the gentle hills of the Rhine River valley, Germany's longest river. Blitz Riesling is a fruity everyday wine of low alcohol content.

Character of the wine: Blitz Riesling is a round Riesling, balanced toward the soft side, and has an infused character of peach and apple. The taste has an immediate appeal, marked by a nice juicy finish and a hint of minerals.

Food affinities: Blitz Riesling is an easy drinking wine for every occasion. It is by itself an excellent refreshment and is especially well paired with light foods.
